The First Amendment Project is a corporation registered in the state of Texas in the United States of America. We are a 501 (c) 3 recognized charity under the Internal Revenue Service guidelines. The First Amendment Project will not rent, sell, or share your contact information with any other organization.

Use of donations is entirely up to the discretion of the Board of Directors - within our stated charitable objectives.

If you become aware of fraudulent donation made to The First Amendment Project using your credit card, or if your card is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider. Then, please contact us for a refund.

All payments through the Website are to be made by credit card. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed, your donation will be processed through our payment services provider, Stripe. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize Stripe to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.

A full refund will be processed within 24 business hours of receipt of notification.

Monthly donations adhere to the same terms and conditions and one-time donations until you cancel your donation. To cancel your regular donation please email us at info@TheFirstAmendmentProject.org, by phone at 210-559-5277 or by mail at The First Amendment Project, 845 Proton Road, San Antonio, Texas 78258. Please notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled donation to ensure time to cancel processing.
